He weighs 3 pounds 3.4 ounces!
Thiago’s journey in the NICU may be coming to an end very soon. He started his immunizations this week – which totaled fives shots (one given everyday for the last five days) and he has handled it like a champ. We were a bit hesitant in having so much injected into him at such a small size, but we figured if he has made it this far – he can handle this. The nurses are constantly telling us what a strong and tough boy he is and how they have no issues with him at all. He is completely breathing on his own and tonight he decided that he no longer needed the feeding tube up his nose and pulled it out. By the end of this week he will be officially taken out of his incubator and put into a bassinet. Thiago’s nurse told us today that he may even go home with us before he turns 4 pounds!Thiago working his bobo - hands free

So cute. He was just showing his rebellion there in that little cry. "Just wanted to let you I am not enjoying this." LOL! But he actually did really great!! He is beautiful!
